- Precision Engraving & Awards LLC was established in 2014 with partners Clark Comley, Brian Richter, and Derek Schneider. The three partners are all teachers and coaches at Sterling Junior Senior High School in Sterling, KS.
- PrecisionEA specializes in custom awards and custom screen printing. In 2017 PrecisionEA became the official provider of custom plaques , awards, and clothing for the Kansas Music Educators Association District and State Honor Ensemble Concerts. They serve all 7 KMEA Districts and over 4,000 students across the state of Kansas
- The partners offer over 80 years of combined experience in education and athletics. They believe in personal customer service. Schneider is the in-house designer that can design unique medals for schools, awards, and screen printing for you, your school or organization, The business is more than the three partners as their families, students, and members of the community provide their time to help the business meet the needs of its customers.

Comley is a native of Hutchinson, KS and a proud graduate of Buhler High School and Sterling College. He received his Masters Degree in Teaching from Friends University in 1997. Comley has led the Sterling High School and MIddle School choirs for 34 years. His various groups from USD 376 have performed at the KMEA State Convention multiple times. He is a member of KMEA and KCDA, having served as high school choral chair for the South Central District and has sat on the KCDA Board. In 1998 and 2013 he was chosen as Outstanding Middle School Music Teacher for the South Central District. Comley also leads a family paint business with his brother Chad. Clark and his wife, Kay, have three children: Coby, Kyler, and Katie
Schneider is a graduate of Sterling High School and Sterling College. He received his Masters Degree from Fort Hays State University. He is the Sterling Junior Senior High School graphic arts teacher. Schneider's art students routinely receive the highest awards at local and league art shows. He is also the head boys basketball coach at Sterling High School. In 2012 his Black Bears won the 2A Kansas State Championship. As the graphic designer for Precision he will work closely with you to get the designs that you want. Derek and his wife Faith have three children, Stella, Wade, and Vance.
Richter is in his 33rd year as a social science teacher at Sterling High School in Sterling, Kansas. During that time, he has taught American History, American Government, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Foundations in Personal Finance by Dave Ramsey, and Entrepreneurship. He was an assistant high school football coach for 23 years and is currently an assistant high school track coach for the Black Bears. He is the Black Bear Broadcasting sponsor for USD 376. He has served as a staff teacher and consultant for the Kansas Council on Economic Education, and also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. He was selected as the Kansas Economic Teacher of the Year in 2006. A native of Syracuse, Kansas Brian graduated from Emporia State University in 1989 and earned his Master’s Degree in Teaching Social Sciences from ESU in 1995. He is a master facilitator for the Ewing Kauffman Foundation endorsed, Ice House Entrepreneurship Program. He facilitates Who Owns the Ice House courses throughout Central Kansas for NetWork Kansas and their local E Communities. In 2017 he closed his 10 year old business, Old School You that provided old game film from yesteryear for sale on DVD. In 2010 Old School You was the feature of Hatteberg's People on KAKE TV Channel 10 in Wichita, KS. Brian and his wife Kim have two children, Blake and Riley.
